We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, seals, and components must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@badabeauty.com with your order details and reason for return.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send any items back without receiving prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain items are non-returnable. See our “Exceptions / Non-returnable Items” section for details.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Items with broken seals or damaged packaging

  • Any product that shows signs of use or wear, including partial usage

  • Items returned without their original packaging and components

As we specialize in the trade of cosmetic and skincare products, customer safety is our top priority. Once a product has been opened or used, it can no longer be resold or guaranteed as safe for use by another customer. Therefore, all sales of opened, used, or damaged items are considered final and non-returnable.

We kindly ask our customers to carefully review product details before purchasing and to reach out to us with any questions prior to completing their order. Thank you for your understanding and support.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, first we request a invoice of return, then you’ll be automatically refunded (with refund cost) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
