Über Ölbasierter Reiniger
An oil-based cleanser is the first step of a Korean double cleanse. Oil dissolves oil, so a cleansing oil or balm massaged onto dry skin loosens makeup, sunscreen and excess sebum. Add a little water and it turns milky, then rinses clean. Follow with a water-based cleanser to finish.
Cleansing oils make up most of this edit.
