Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products sold at Badabeauty are 100% authentic. We source them directly from authorized distributors or trusted wholesalers with valid invoices.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually prepare your parcel in 3 to 5 business days and then hand it to the carrier. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. In busy periods this can take a little longer.
How long does shipping take?
With Standard shipping, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from your order. Where Express is offered at checkout, it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. Every parcel ships from South Korea with tracking. Customs checks and busy periods can add a few days. Shipping is priced by parcel weight, and you see the cost at checkout before you pay.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you experience any issues with your order (for example a wrong item, a damaged product or missing items), please contact us within 7 days via our contact form or at info@badabeauty.com. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return. However, if the product is unused and in its original packaging, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Are the products K-Beauty approved?
Yes, all our products meet K-Beauty standards and are tested and approved for safe use (if you are allergic to the ingredients, it's not safe to use). You can check each product's description and ingredient list to see if it suits your skin type.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure payments via the following methods:

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment with the tracking link in that email or directly on the carrier's website.
